A brief story of the engine coffee table and vee8design
What do you get when you take a V8 engine and combine a little imagination and aesthetic appreciation....? As you can see from the picture, something that looks pretty special!
What you can see is a coffee table based around a V8 engine, made by hand and finished to perfection using professional processes.
What started out as me making myself one of these tables whilst at University, my business has grown organically since 2011 and I now am designing and creating all sorts of items as as a full time job and creating new and interesting designs all the time!
All pieces are bespoke and made to each individual’s specification – so no piece is the same as someone else’s! Clients range from individuals and families to corporate clients such as the classic car insurer Footman James, the prestige car dealer Knowl Hill Performance & Luxury, and the high street clothing retailer River Island.
Products don't just stop at V8 tables: they range from coffee tables, dining tables, desks, office chairs and even sofas, and make a great centre-piece and talking point in any home or workplace. The sky, as they say, is the limit!
